Thank You, Samsung… and Just All of You

Got my besuto furendo back today:

I’m an ardent Samsung user lol. All my smartphones have been Samsung phones so far. I especially love this phone. It’s pretty, it’s simple and it has a wide display with a perfect ratio. While it was being repaired, I was using another phone that I listlessly bought on Amazon, because I was too lazy to spend time on contemplating which phone to buy at that time, so I just bought “Amazon’s choice”.

I must say, I’m not a fan of the new kinda phones with their round-edged displays that have notches and don’t have fixed navigation bars. I don’t wanna have to press the side button every time I want to turn on the display. I don’t want to have to slide up to be able to access the navigation bar everytime I’m using an app in full-screen mode. That’s just additional trouble and less efficient, you know? So, since choosing a new phone (or any other product) is pretty hard work lol, I’ll just stick with this phone until something better comes up. Even if this phone breaks again, I’ll just have it repaired until the warranty expires or buy the same one again. I looked around a little bit and there was almost no newer Samsung phone without a black front. I don’t really like using black phones. It’s not a nice atmosphere. Boy, I’m so picky lol. But that makes the decision process easier and faster 😂👍.

So, why thank you, Samsung? Because I’m touched by the careful packaging and fast service. They repaired it in less than 24 hours and then immediately sent it back to me. I don’t know. It makes me feel all warm and grateful and emotional inside 🥰. I mean, look how nicely packaged it is… I almost felt like getting a new phone lol. I’ve seen some people complain about the service, claiming that they’ve been ripped off. So far, I don’t see it. I mean, this was only my second time, but still. So thankful for the service and the people who do all this work, the people who work in customer support, the technicians, the people who do the packaging, the delivery people… Just all of you, thank you. Thank you for your hard and high-quality work. I’m about to cry lol. Okay, this post turned out to be not just for Samsung, but for all of you (so I added this to the title lol).

I just remembered that I recently did some video identification process. It was in the evening and all the people who did it looked so tired. I felt so sorry. I wanted to do something for or give something to all of them. And I’m about to cry again lol.

Anyway, I love you all. You hard-working people and you pretty things that people take for granted, because they only see a lifeless “object” in you. I appreciate you all.
